I love the positive and often life changing impact solution focused hypnotherapy has on people. I love seeing when the tipping point is reached with a client and they are so far removed mentally or physically from their initial problem. Very often they engage in activities that they wouldn’t have dreamed of at the start of the journey.
Prior to training as a clinical hypnotherapist, I worked for over 20 years as an Electronic Design Engineer and have plenty of experience with problem solving, handling stressful situations and dealing with people. I have three grown up children so the pressures of family life and the challenges of finding a work life balance are no stranger to me. I am a big fan of rugby and am an Ulster rugby season ticket holder at the Kingspan stadium. I also enjoy cycling, weight training and am a keen student of all things psychological.
I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School, which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy/psychotherapy training. The training alone involved over 100 hours of 1 to 1 clinical sessions as well as the classroom and home study.
I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).
I hold Hypnotherapy Practitioners Insurance underwritten by Holistic Insurance Services.
My clients come from all walks of life and bring a wide variety of problems, especially now that I conduct all sessions online via Zoom and Skype. Although outcomes can never be guaranteed, I have a very good success rate in helping people achieve their objectives, whether that’s with their personal, sports or professional lives.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you might have and see if so that we can start to change your life for the better. I would be delighted to hear from you.
